[SteamCMD] Downloading issue
So apparently when I run the steamcmd.exe file the update does not download precisely.
It will download some bytes of information and get stuck at any random percentage. I have tested this in two differents networks and computers (one of my own and one of a friend of mine) and we both had the same issue.

This is happening to me also. I have a 866 mb download that has currently taken me over an hour and is only 1/3 of the way finished. I have restarted my internet twice. This is Steam downloading issue. HELP!!! fix this????? My current download is from ARK.

its doing that to me to but it wont update at all
