Minecraft account + Diablo 3 account (will migrate Minecraft email to your desired email, will change emial to your desired email for Diablo 3 as well)

Guild Wars 2 account (would like the email so the account won't be reset once the transaction is completed)

Minecraft, Blizzard and Guild Wars all have a section in their TOS saying that you can not sell, trade or transfer ownership of the account. It is a violation of those terms to do so and they can close your account for trying.

Lots of people trade them anyways, and it's a risk I'm willing to take because if it happens, both parties would be happy with new games or games that they want to play instead of an old one that is lying around doing nothing.
