How many people will you try to save from xbox live's scam?

I feel like as an old playstation gamer and current PC gamer, it's my duty to convince people not to buy into microsoft's scam and to open their eyes to reality.

I just feel bad when people pay $50 a year to play only multiplatform games and people on PC, PS3, and Wii are playing the same or similar games for free. It just blows my mind how many people are falling for this scam and asking for nothing in return. No sales, no dedicated servers, they just pay extra to use the internet they already pay for, then attempt to justify it by pretending peer-to-peer connections are great and worth additional fees O_o

Rant is over. Be a friend and save someone from the next gen scam.

None. If they are dumb enough to buy it, they get what is coming to them.

Everyone I personaly know won't buy it anyways with the exception of two people. One is a game tester an will buy it to get used to it for his job. The other is a an idiot.

I'm not saving any of my friends. When I tried to talk to them about it today all they did was swear at me and spout ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how the Xbox One is going to be "the best console ever".

This is a ridiculous post. Everyone makes their own choice on how to entertian themselves. The one thing I liked that Xbox did that Sony didn't was promise that even though they won't be transferring games from the 360 is that they'll keep the 360 going.

Sony abandonned the PS2's manufacturing all for their flop of PS3 and Ps4 again like Microfoft will make you pay to reregister old games that you own already through ps3 ,ps2 & ps1. So sony is no better than Microsoft when it comes to their consoles.

If my friends can afford to waste their money on ripoff next gen consoles then let them. It isn't my money and it doesn't hurt me one bit (besides having nobody to play games properly with).

I for one won't be buying the next gen trash. I don't have money to waste.

Soney stopped making PS2s in January of this year. MS stopped making XBox shortly after release of the 360.

PS3 had backwards compatability with almost all PS2 game for several months after release. XBox 360 was only compatible with a handfull of the most popular XBox games, then they stopped even trying.

Overall, PS3 was the better system as well. Sony has done a better job supporting their product then MS has theirs.

Both next gen consoles are a waste of money. I agree with you there. Neither are worth the time.

Let's not forget that the xbox live servers were shutdown before ps2.

Clearly someone feels ripped off for having paid for xbox live. Don't worry about it though because if you plan on buying the next consoles, you have a chance to avoid the scam as well as saving friends and family members from falling into the same trap twice or even three times in a row.
