Good early weapons in Fallout 3.

So... I am looking for some good EARLY weapons in Fallout 3. I am looking for Big Guns, Explosives, and Melee weapons. Were to find please.

The shishkebab can be good if you can get your hands on the schematics, since you can build it with stuff you can find instead of relying on finding the acctual weapon. Combat knives are pretty good if you can get your hands on one, theres a spcial combat knife called Stabhappy in the bethesda ruins, but I dont remember how difficult that place is. if you can get to the clifftop shacks, the board of education is under the bed, but there are super mutants over there, so that probably not a very good choice if you're just starting out.

try going to rivet city at the very beggining it's easy to get to if you follow the river and make a b line for the place to get the a3-21 plasma rifle it just involves running around the ship. there is a guide for weapons to get at the beggining go to youtube and look for linkthe1st

well there is the ray gun but it is only easy to get if you don't have the mothership zeta dlc installed if you do you WILL have to go through the entire dlc mission in order to get it. if you don't have the dlc then it's close to the minefeild if you don't know where that is then talk to moira you know the girl in craderside supply in megaton she will give you a mission to go there anyway if you killed moira then wonder north east of the minefield but don't go too far then you are screwed anyway if you for some odd reason you did kill moira then look for a radio signal north east from the minefield

Right I don't know where this one exactly but the resevists rifle is in a church somewhere in the wasteland a man called the drifter will be carrying it make sure to make a save because there is no way to get up to the board walk he's on so either a body part falls down or the gun itself falls down you can also get a mission from him about oasis I don't recommend doing this at mission at a low level because you'll be traveling across the wasteland and you will be fighting mirelurks
