A Casino might work, you have relatively rich neighbors, you don't have to pay the locals much. The main problem is alcohol, it is hard to get people to gamble if you don't allow it.

Dubai already exists in that area. All the rich people from the world go there to do whatever they want. It would be kinda redundant to have two Dubai's.

Clearly Trump is thinking outside the box on this.

I would guess if american claimed Gaza as their own, america would build some of the biggest military bases there and would basically control the mediterranean, suez canal and red sea.

Plus I have no doubt, Gaza would be build up to be a american paradise on earth but again in my own opinion, it's wrong to take land and displace it's people by force, we have not learned from history and we never will.

i think it is more likely usa would gift gaza to israel in its entirety, rather than consume the entire thing for themselves. this gives israel even more of a reason to wish to continue their war, as it would increase their mediterranean influence even more heavily.

No I do know it... also why I said when this started that this was a resource grab and the US would just keep going.

Said that when the genocide started there.

Personally I believe the only reason Israel got put in there was for a western foothold in the arab oil to make the people there trade in US dollars for oil.

China formed BRIC in order to stop Americas strong arm tactics in the world.

Therefore we end up where we are with America needing to grab resources to oppose BRIC since the petro dollar is the only thing supporting the american dollar and making "debt OK"

The only problem with Dubai I suppose is that Trump does not own it.

Good point about the depleted uranium. I actually had one of the huge CIWS shells in my rack for a while before learning about the uranium aspect.
