Favorite Arcade game.
Not consoles, but the original Arcade machines that you would find at an Arcade center like Aladdin's castle for example.

Which was your favorite to play, or maybe a top 5? Which ones had the most impact on your life?

Metal Slug. That was so good back in the day.
Tekken 3
Gauntlet. The original Taito version. It was always fun to play with 4 people at once.

Also, this is a toss up between Mr. DO games, and ms. pacman.

I actually want a copy of MR. Do but the last one made was for console on SNES. and no...im not using MAME to play it.

If you want a copy of outrun, they make one on the switch, but they changed the symbol on one of the cars. It plays pretty good.

Capcom fighting collection volume 2 comes out in may and has both powerstone games.

Was arcade version of Metal Slug fully manual? Steam ports have auto fire as an option and I can't see myself mashing all the way through, especially if it's as lengthy as a 3rd game.

Do you remember this one OP? Operation Wolf, it was kind of unique as it had a real Uzi bolted onto the arcade machine, well, what looked like a real Uzi to a kid :D:

You also had this one, it's called Space Harrier, and if you were really lucky and played it in a big arcade area, you would sit in a seat that moved with the character, for the time, that was pretty neat.

Rygar was probably my favourite because it was difficult and just a great game.
- time crisis is one of my favourites. any of them. it has often being a dream of mine to have a time crisis arcade cabinet, the "click" of the triggers on the guns felt and sound incredible.

- darkstalkers 3. my favourite fighting game of all time, and one of the only ones i have ever played seriously before. so another dream of mine to own a cabinet of this one.

- meta slug 3. my personal favourite metal slug game, and an arcade classic. though there now exists very nice collections for the series anyway.
