What's the next thing after nuclear weapons?

So, we kinda already understand how to make nukes and we have plenty.

When I say "we" I'm referring to the human knowledge. We can make many nukes and blow this planet.

But, what's gonna be the next type of weapon or discovery that we'll make?

What if we need to blow off a whole planet in outer space?

Or we get attacked by aliens from a parallel dimension?

That been around for sometime now, like China's Covid Virus that killed over six million people at the end of 2019 to 2022, that is sad.

Idk if this is true, but USA may have the Nano Bot, can be command to kill anyone once it is airborne.

Btw how is that game Baldur Gate 3? i loved the first one and the second wasnt too bad by Beamdog. Not sure if i will like the third, cause it is completely different from any other BG games.

sorry, but microblackhole only has lifespan of micro seconde and black hole ar bad to eat matter same mass than them

is ok, but not really my favorite 2024 game, i prefer hogwart legacy, even yakuza ishin is more enjoyable, game like dungeons 4, talos principle 2, kiseki, system shock remake were more enjoyable for me

i put bg3 same level of fun like until dawn and alan wake 2

Nukes are one thing, but I'd argue they are not the most lethal weapon we have. Sure, it ensures you kill fast, maybe wipe out a bunch of nations entirely, but it's not practical because everyone knows you set it off, they'll just launch right back at you. So it's not overly practical to use it unless you're also prepared to die.

Chemical/bio weapons on the other hand, now they're interesting. You can perform a chemical/bioattack on a nation by releasing a virus or otherwise and they won't even be able to confirm who did it (easily).

In addition by the time they realise what has happened the damage has occured and there isn't much turning back if it's an effective one, it will just keep spreading.

As for the future, my guess would be more precise drones strikes and more stealthy ways of killing, etc.

but if someone has ball for that, nuke explosion going to blind radar and sensor and without sensor and radar missile and laser become useless to shot down nuclear warhead

If you are the creator of a virus, you can simply ensure you also make a vaccine/antidote prior to releasing it.

After you release it, vaccine / cure your own people but don't share your vaccine/antidote with your target(s).

sorry, but virus can mutate, worst scenario is your virus infect animal and breed in animal to become new virus and infect your own people

also you going to infect other countries with your virus, so if a nuclear power know the virus is from your country and do black plague remake on its country, risk is great its drop its own virus against you or nuke your country

Well, actually. As it currently stands, after nuclear armageddon we will face complete extinction.
