i never do it I love one person and it get rid of the feeling of care for other people

And I dont want to do it with anyone but my favourite person XD

But I heard it is popular for some nowadays and I dont understand what about you?

Most people who are "into it" dont know the first thing about healthy polyamory and are just narcissistic sex addicts.

But some groups really do have strong and beneficial multi-partner dynamics. However, like vegans, these aren't the polyamorous people who will be announcing their perfect form of polyamory to the world from every rooftop.

Which is why communication and time management are important. To work out the stepped-on feelings of multiple partners.

As Oorgle said, I've known a few groups who got it to work. Most of those had shared finances, so maybe that created a greater incentive to make it work. But Oorgle was right about the majority of groups. At least, from what I've seen myself.

That's pretty much how it turned out for me.

A partner from three relationships (and twenty years) back pointed out that I'm a "serial monogamous." I finally settled down though. In a very happy, mutually beneficial monogamous marriage right now.

Polyamory: For when the drama of one relationship is not enough and you need more than one roommate to pay the bills while keeping your romantic options open because you are noncommittal until the "right" person comes along.

"Oh, I love you both equally... You got your rent check this month for me?" **the right person comes along** "Okay, I'm moving out guys, bye!"

Even with the circles of people I have been around, I have yet to see a poly relationship last longer than a few years and NEVER without massive amounts of stupid petty cringe Reality-TV-Level drama.
