But I say Goldeneye N64, 007 agent difficulty, last of the two extra levels. The one with Baron Samedi. Couldn't do it.
Have yet to beat that. Cave Story is an easy game, and only really gets hard near the end.
After replaying it, only the very end is hard.
But Hell...............damn Hell...............yet to beat that.......gotta play around 20 minutes fighting nonbosses who are harder than previous nonbosses......then you gotta kill this boss while getting spammed by previous-stated nonbosses....then you have to kill another, who's the game's hardest boss, and has 4 freaking stages.........each stage is harder than the last.
-.-
Probably hardest level I ever played was Martial tower from Prinny can I eally be the hero,
The first core was hard, though. Those huge, white balls. But I learned to just jump/walk up/down the steps to deal with that.
However, after replaying, all bosses were basically easy until the 2nd boss and Hell's Ballos (Heavy Press was relatively easy after you understood how to move)
Never had even the remotest problem with Silent Hill puzzles, although age has probably a lot to do with it, I guess. I felt they were rather well balanced so you only had to pause briefly to work out what the key was behind it, then compute it, and on with the game. Each to their own...
I honestly can't think of an example of a game where I got that bogged down, to be frank. There must be something...
