That was a thing in the 360 era and the reason why they made the Xbox One bigger and less powerful compared to its competition. While I often hear about PS4 having overheating issues.
I believe that if they sold their games on PC too by now they would have made more money with that than they did with their filthy Switch subscription scam, they wouln't have lost people like me from their hardcore fanbase, EVERYBODY play their games on PC anyway, the only difference is that people willing to have an official copi would have given them money for that and 99% (but more probably 100%) of the people who pay their filthy, offensive subscription would have paid it even if it was a normal ONLINE subscription, without the "no more Virtual console" scam and "no other way to backup your saves" scam.
Because I'm sure nobody is so crazy, stupid and retarded to pay something like that only for the retrogames and the saves backup (that as far as I know is not even available for every game, only some oif them, lol). People who want to play online would be willing to pay anyway, people who are not interested in playing online do not pay, start to hate you, and stop buying your products because of that
Nintendo is obviously stuipid and psychopathic.
*Obviously I can't wait to see the day when it wiill not work anymore.
Scumtaro Furukawa is not Satoru Iwata, the next Wii U will be the death of that company and I cannot wait for that to happen.
However, there is more ppl with switches than Xbox/ps
The Switch is more unique so it jut makes sense that more people are interested in it.
Even if Scumtaro turned it into anti consumer garbage it is still more unique and more interesting than XBox or Playstation.
"If you don’t take adequate or sufficient, reasonable means to protect and enforce your IP, then you run the risk of losing your IP rights. What is sufficient and reasonable action is not always clear; it depends on the situation."
In general this I think tends to cause companies to pick the occasional really flagrant infringers of their IP to court every few years just to prove they aren't allowing it to slide into the public domain via ignoring mass infringement of it, just so they have a case to point to if someone tries to claim their works are so widely infringed and this has been ignored consistently by the IP owner, so therefore the rights have expired.
Microsoft and Sony are competing in the same market as PC gaming, attempting to offer a The costs to customers between the two isn't even remotely close. $250 for a Switch, $500 for a PS5. Do you know what Nintendo would have to do to meet PS5 specs? They'd have to charge PS5 prices and that price increase wouldn't really suit their style of games at all. It would severely limit sales for no good reason except maybe to try to chase a third party market. And once you toss in the price of online services between the two, the PS5 suddenly becomes 3x the price of a Switch over the course of a generation. Are you getting 3x better games for that? No, you're not.
But it's 'greed'tendo, right?
Nintendo has to defend its IPs, otherwise they actually lose the ability to protect them legally in court or lawsuits.
Second they do offer creators on like YouTube the ability to use their product in videos. All you have to do is apply and there you go.
Nintendo simply avoid all the most consumer friendly ways to make money (no matrter if they practically CANNOT avoid the downsides of them, they still refuse to make money in friendly consumer ways and just suffer the unavoidable downsides that they would suffer anyway -you know what I mean, right?) but don't miss any chance to try to make money and protect their IPs in ways that will probably make many people angry and mad against them.
This is just dumb and stupid.
