USA have higher quality of life than EU on average
Despite all the issues USA have it probably still have the overall better quality of life, like purchasing power is way higher. Although I guess the top countries in Europe are significantly better than the top states in USA.

If you have money, then you will easily have a higher quality of life in USA.

US life expectation is still 5years lower, means the measurement of life quality seems to be not perfect

My co-workers in USA make like $200k, you don't really see such salaries in europe for regular people.

U.S. is behind in healthcare, education and quality of jobs.

Not really, healthcare is overpriced in USA for sure, but quality is good from my knowledge. Education people say USA have like best at top but not good otherwise. Quality of jobs, people seems to work more but are paid more.

I’m sorry Ameribro but every democratic state in your country is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Not that my country is any better but at least we’ve quarantined the degenerates into 1 city.

The native US citizen does not realize that his country has been overrun by foreigners that abuse their welfare system and live off the hard work of natives.

And you can’t point fingers at your own enemies because then you’ll be deemed as an EVIL RACIST 😱

I live in Europe, still I think USA is overall better than EU to live in despite its many issues, it is not like EU have a lot of issues as well.

That's because of all the costs that come along with it.
Here in europe a part of the paycheck goes to insurances. You know, for instance for healthcare, which we don't need to pay top dollar for because of that.

So, while there's a smaller amount of net income, there are a lot more safety nets to ensure a higher minimal quality of life.

I know, yet I can for sure say those people have it way better than we do have in europe doing the same job.

Middle class and upper middle class in Europe is far behind the american counterparts, but I would probably say under middle class USA sounds pretty bad.

I always check the "Global City Liveability Ranking" when topics like this happens.

Position / City / Rating / Country

1 Vienna 98.4 Austria
2 Copenhagen 98.0 Denmark
3 Melbourne 97.4 Australia
4 Sydney 97.4 Australia
5 Vancouver 97.3 Canada
6 Zürich 97.1 Switzerland
7/8 Calgary 96.8 Canada
7/8 Geneva 96.8 Switzerland
9 Toronto 96.5 Canada
10 Osaka 96.0 Japan
10 Auckland 96.0 New Zealand

A similar result is for the city's quality of life ranking.

Prices in USA are not particular higher compared to expensive european countries expect like healthcare and maybe rent in a few select super expensive cities, but on other hand you get like twice as much money for the same job especially on higher paying jobs.

Probably a reason why Europe have brain drain to USA.
