Maybe an app that'll lock you out of your phone from 10PM to 8 AM ?

Blue Light Filter / Night Mode app, in which almost all later model smartphones will already have built-in as a feature anyways, so you don't need to install an app, rather just enable it.

Blue light tends to keep your brain at high activities level and therefore awake. Filtering it out can help you fall asleep better. Then again, you still want to avoid using your cellphone, social media, PC, video gaming, late at night before bed... rather do low brain activities 2-3 hours before bed, such as reading a book or watching tv, etc.

None whatever. Just take a couple melatonin gummies and regulate breathing.

…There isn't a program for self control and discipline.

Probably the one where you turn off your phone.
It's built-in, all you have to do is hold the button on the side for a few seconds.

Idk why but I am a good sleeper.

Longest I slept was 28 hours. My parents thought I was in a coma. I told them that I got up to use the bathroom and drink water but went back to bed.

erm weird suggestion here but you could try listening to subliminals. If you search up "sleep subliminal" there's some good results that show up, but as always you should do research on what's best for you.

Just employ autohypnosis at that point. That way you know what you're being programmed with.

On Android, the apps that run command "poweroff" or "shutdown -h now" can help you get a better sleep.

There is one exception to the rule.

The rule is don't rot your life away with screens. Spend 24/7 in front of a computer, face down in the phone... and one is going to pay dearly.

However, if one must use tech- especially at night- one should get programs along the lines of F.lux- which can change the temperature of your lights from cool(more like daylight) to warm(more like candle light) as the day goes on.

This helps combat the melatonin disruption.

Heck, being a severe night person in the 24 hour city of Lost Wages I have spent extra to make most of the lights in the home temperature tunable.

It really makes a difference!

When I travel, I use an app with Brown Noise. It's neutral and raises the base noise level to the point where sharp noises are muted. Highly recommend.

Edit: The app is called White Noise.

Bonus supplement to this idea:

Try putting an aquarium in the bedroom with a light sound of rushing water....

Nice. Sounds soothing both visually and aurally. I bet you have some cool fish - and perhaps some other creatures.

Personally, I like to sleep with a fan on in my bedroom at home.

Just get a fan and point it and your face. Werks 4 me.
