cuz "beans beans beans the more you eat em the more you'll fart!".. and you know why? because beans supposedly don't get digested but they go and rot in your colon... yea, they ROT in your colon! according to this:
https://youtu.be/QOBmOWmvgXw?si=a4aqPRXpR-zNQa5k
"the more you fart the better you feel, so I eat beans with ever meal!"
edit: also ALL food "rots" in your digestive tract... that's literally what it does... it "rots" and is broken down by your gut bacteria so you can absorb the base nutrients.
this is about as stupid as vegan chickens.
Not hard? Does it take more work than putting something into a microwave? Then it IS too hard.
:)
My cousin almost bled out trying to cut the x on the bottom of tomatoes for blanching and peeling the skin off. It's a very tricky business.
/sar
They do start to rot in your stomach to some extent which helps makes the gas, but you DO digest them, otherwise the mass would be equivalent coming out the other end.
just throw the tomatoes into the pot of boiling water... when they split they're done and you just peel them.
they don't explode... if you're worried put a lid on it.
It usually feels like it is the same mass. Ouch.
What the New York City are you talking
Or basic cooking in general. Again I'm disabled and if I can do it, then anyone can.
Making Chili is a doddle and the obvious point is you have control over everything that goes in. I can't do spicy foods too much as part of my disability means I get stupid reflux.
So Chili is a doddle and yes you can even do it in the microwave.
It's just a case of puttinga few things in together rather than one can of ready made chili stuff. Not rocket science. I use a small amount of chili powder, mixture of beans, minced beef, tomatoes and some tomato puree to taste along with the onions and a few other bits.
Again a dodle and not rocket science. Chili is one of the easiest things to make as it's so hard to get it wrong.
