What's the most boring game you have ever played?
Overwatch. Played overwatch 2. Still boring as hell since you can't carry in the game.

Fallout: New Vegas.
Yeah, gonna get hated on, still doesn't change that the game was boring.

any/all Souls-like games

Satisfactory, Majesty 2, tropico games 3 and up, sim island, Raft, pixark, rollercoaster tycoon 2, rustic warfare, skyrim, etc

The really boring ones I wouldn't even remember the names too.

Dragons dogma.
It has everything I like but I hated it.

There are too many asinine games for the original Xbox to list.

It was kind of a running simulator.

Devil May Cry 2 was so boring to the point it was damaging. I felt the same pain in my head I'd feel when I get a fever.

Most recent case of such game would be Soul Hackers 2 probably.

The Witcher 3, fight me. I can't make it past Bloody Barron and I've tried at least 3 times. On paper this game is a perfect fit for me but I always lose interest in it after a couple of hours.

I also didn't really like The Witcher tv show with the exception of Yennifer, so maybe I just don't like Geralt. It's a mystery to me.

Maybe I'll try the books and if I don't like those it's confirmed that I just dislike Geralt in general.

any game with low action, long lasting unskippable cutscenes, grinding and having steep learning curve.

Too many too list, but some that come to mind are Dark Souls (all of them), Lost Ark, and Fallout (the most recent one, so boring I cant even remember its name or be bothered to look it up)

There are plenty of downright bad games that I can't even think of the names because I try to repress them, the above were just boring to me

If it gets too boring, I just stop.

The most recent game on my list that got thumbed down for "boring" was "She and the Light Bearer". It wasn't too long so I did complete it, though -- but I was wondering when it was going to end only after a few minutes in.

For "most boring" -- no idea. As usual, I don't keep scores for stuff like "most boring", "favorite" etc. so I can't compare games like that.
