My opinion of a person's cognitive abilities drop drastically when this slang term is used unironically in normal conversation.
Kobs Jun 16, 2023 @ 6:30pm
Never, I personally think it's stupid

The irony when people start speaking the way they would type online.
Bruh is a more aggressive version than bro

The first time someone called me a "bruh" was from a staff in a department store and I thought he was talking about a brasserie. :marijacooing:

"Bruh" does show a person's age though like many other vernacular words. I would have thought it was said by teenagers to late 20s males and by those that are trying to be "street" cool. :marijaonlooker:
I'm a gen X'er I call everyone "Dude".

"Bruh" seems to be a zoomer thing.
So what do you call someone then by their name?
Like cmon man never gonna call you sir because you haven’t proved me you can be respectful
