FAIR WARNING: "Binge Gaming" gave me Pinched Nerve
Okay, Okay, I get what I deserve... I'm not complaining, I just don't want any of you to go through the same thing I did. BUT I'M 17, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT PLAYING SUPER MARIO 64 WOULD LEAD TO THIS SO SOON.

Seriously, you hear all the time "Oh, playing those will give you Carpal Tunnel" Yeah yeah, I've heard them all. I know I'll get it sooner or later. NO. You DO NOT want anything to deal with your arms/hands/wrists at all to be a problem. What do you do with your life? At work? Anywhere? You use your f**king hands.

Listen to me; Even pinched nerve, which is a slight pain in the arms/wrists/back/shoulders is enough to drive you insane. It's not fair that we are able to use our body so much, that it just quits. Life sucks, I know that.

By "Binge Gaming" I mean weekends were: Wake up early, stay up late, never get off the computer unless you want to eat"

That extra level ISN'T worth it. You can take a break for 5 minutes. That puzzle you can' tfigure out? STOP TRYING TO SCREW WITH IT, YOU CAN THINK OVER IT WHILE LAYING ON THE COUCH FOR 5 MINUTES.

I never understood it either, and now I really hate myself for getting that "one extra level" that really was do 30 more quests THEN head to bed..

TL;DR Please don't injur yourselves. I hate myself already for doing what I did. If you really plan on getting a job or doing anything with your life that requires more than you sitting on a couch watching TV, please take my advice. A break every 30 mintues is "reccomended", every hour is fine. EVEN IF IT'S EVERY 3-5 HOURS IT'S BETTER THAN NOTHING. JUST TAKE A REST AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO IN YOUR GAME NEXT OR SOMETHING.

Please, it may sound like a small problem but so is a 5 minute break..

Honestly, I do game a lot but I'm not so addicted to gaming that I wouldn't respond to my needs, I'd still drink, eat, go to the loo, go outside, etc.

I have ze flip table to game on my laptop when i'm in the toilet and I eat a well balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, milk and high fiber low sugar cereals when I want to game without having to cook my food.

You can still eat healthy and do cardio while gaming if you have everything set up right.

Just sayin' to take break between hours when you play games. ;-;
Becoming healthier would help with that aswell XD.

to take a break i jsut watch a video or somthing no point in doing somthing elce
Never really had that problem from gaming. But I also refitted my desk.
Alot of people seem to underestimate the value of a good chair and desk when working with computers.
That better grapfix card might reduce a minimal amount of eye strain, but it still won't make you sit more comfy in a healthy pose.

Every person's body is different as to how it reacts to long periods of time doing the same actions.

LIKE, It's manageable..... Pretty sure it'll develope into something worse and then hands become unuseable.... (F**K me for that, seriously) but I mean, it's managable pain, sometimes you just have to stop because it hurts a bit too much. But seriously, it's something to worry about

That's a weird thing to say; I'm just saying you take a 5 minute break. Like it's manditory, it's not an "oh by the way if you wanna break". :L
