A Revolutionary System to Reshape the Gaming World Forever
Guys, if your favorite game had a "pay to reward yourself" system and rewarded the top 6 players daily with real money, plus other benefits, what do you think? I’m personally tired of pay-to-win, but what if we were rewarded for skill instead? If you’re good, you win – everyone starts out equal, and the "pay to reward yourself" system only gives you a surplus if you make it to the top 6. What’s your take on this?

Played a game like this in the late 90s, it doesn't really work all that well as it gives even more incentive to find ways to cheat.

Wouldn't mean anything because suddenly everyone would become a tryhard, the concept of "casual play" would cease to exist because money is on the line

On top of this, it would mean nothing because the top 6 will constantly be repeating of the same few people who will now refuse to share their secrets because money is on the line. Greed is a b*tch.

ON TOP OF THAT, cheaters are going to be even more rampant because say it with me now.....money is on the line

This won’t be possible because it will change daily, and you can’t be good at everything.

in almost all cases no one needs to pay people to play, in fact its the players that pay to play games.

You have nothing to lose, only to gain. You're already playing the game because you like it—if it also brings you a profit, what do you have to lose

Pay to win has been in every online game I played.

Yes they not really winning anything. They just buy to be at the top list.

Instead of earning virtual points that you can’t do anything with, you earn some money—what’s not to like about that?

There's a list with the top best players.

You put their name there after they paid.

Prove me wrong.

The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?
