I am pretty sure that he has given his email to all of his other employees. Because at times I hear users report that answers to their questions tend to be not related and or not helpful at all to their original questions.

Because you are totally special and of the 10+ million users of steam the only one that would send him an email.


Why is your email so special that it would stand out of the thousands of emails he receives? And why would it warrant immediate action?

He probably receives a hundred emails a day from people wanting to discuss Valve or games. Also, he most likely doesn't handle his public email. The guy is worth 1.3 billion. He probably has a secretary who deals with emails and judges if they are worth his time. What I'm saying is, don't hold your breath for a response.

GUESS WHAT PEOPLE? HE REPLIED!!! I messaged him about programming and how I can become better. He replied saying "The main suggestion I would make is to write programs for someone else, get feedback on it, and then make changes. It's the iteration loop that will help you get better." I really was shocked that I got a reply!
