Put over 10K into WoW before I quit in 2010.

On Steam it's 75 hours of "Dust: An Elysian Tail".

Overall, it's probably Borderlands. My main char alone records 12 days of playtime (almost 13... I think it's 12:23:xx:yy or something like that), and there's not a lot of alt-tabbing included.

According to my steam account, "Star Trek Online" with over 3000 hours. Though likely because it is usually up in the background while I am playing other stuff and when I exit out of it, it doesn't always close the launcher, lol.

Though my "real" long play time games of over 200 hours would be "Saints Row 2" and "Fallout New Vegas" and "Fallout 3" and "Just Cause 2" and "Elder Scrolls Skyrim"

I have no idea, but I'd guess probably Phantasy Star 2. I owned the game and played it for numerous years when I was younger. Other than that.. maybe street fighter.. it was around my house for a very long time. I dont play them that long anymore.. not even skyrim.

I take all that back. I forgot Everquest. Yea.. that would def be the one to take the cake. I think my /played was somewhere around 5years and some change by the end of it all.
