Stepmania is a great Game if you like Dance dance revvolution and White Day is a pretty cool Indie horror Game (Neither of which are available through Steam so you'll have to Google them)
I actually checked to see if these were mentioned before on the forums - one of the first posts that popped up was actually yours recommending them!
Yeah, I still think these were underrated (OK, maybe not so much ID2). Arcanum at least deserves to be up there with the original Fallout, Vampire: Bloodlines, Wasteland and first Baldur's Gate, just one tier down from true greatness. ToEE being unplayable for an long time before the fan patching is probably why it isn't as loved as it should be.
Going to add the Wizardry series in too, preferred it over M&M and Ultima, but never got the same amount of attention.
