Earlier today I saw the most ads I've ever seen on youtube.

There were at least 5 before i ask able to skip them, after after that there was still over 30 seconds until the video would've continued.
Why did that happen?

Yeah, I normally get none while videos are playing when I'm not on TV.

Im using youtube on the PS4 on my main television downstairs and I too have noticed more ads. Just other day, I was forced to watch a 30 second ad and within no more than 20 seconds of watching the youtube video, another ad came on, very bizarre.

Cause that is how the uploader did it. I seen a video that had a a ad every 5 seconds. And when asked in the comments about it they said they did that on purpose so they can get more money quicker.

Because Google have decided to up ads. They've notirously had a bit of a moan recently about people with adblockers. So it was inevitable they're going to up the ante.

Time to switch - Brave browser is a good one. It has adblock built in.
