Who will be the new Pope - Prediction thread
Pope Francis is dead. So the big question is now.. whom will become the new Pope?
You can wager in on your picks and see if you can guess it.. I will list a few candidates, but you can submit whomever you think will become the next Pope

Candidates: (in decending order from favouritism, in my opinion)

Cardinal Luis Tagle - He is from the Philippines and is often regarded as the protégé of Francis, but does not hold much power within the church as many others. He is an avid an advocate for inclusion and evangelization.

Cardinal Pietro Parolin - He is Italian, great at diplomacy and already have power within the Papel State. Basically he is the moderate candidate, whom wants to continue Pope Francis´s reforms

Cardinal Angelo Scola - He is an Italian moderate that are more traditionalist and thus an open candidate to what Francis´s stood for (Scola was one of the favourites in the 2013 election)
He is the former Archbishop of Milan and holds significant power within the church.

Cardinal Jean-Marc Aveline - He is French and very popular within the left-wing. One of his biggest goals is more decentralization of the church.

Cardinal Willem Jacobus Eijk - A Dutch cardinal, whom is known for his conservative opinions. This includes no blessings for LGBT+ community and ordination of women.

Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith - He is a Sri Lankan and is part of the big growth culture, that the church is seeing in Asia. His primary focus is on the poor and the environment (in line with the last two popes)

Cardinal Robert Sarah - Another conservative/orthodox candidate, this time from Africa, more specific Guinea. He already have a bit of power within the Church and is basically the opposite of the late Pope. If he was elected, he would be the first African Pope since the fifth century

Cardinal Peter Turkson - A candidate from Ghana. Is very focused on social justice and to help the poor. He is well liked within the left wing of the church and could be the first African pope since the fifth century.

Cardinal Peter Erdő - A Hungarian conservative, whom is well known for being a strong advocate for traditional Catholic teachings and doctrines.

[/b] Cardinal Marc Ouellet - A Canadian cardinal. There have been some well..... controversies about this candidate and I just don´t see any way he could become Pope, but well..

There is a new process now with voring

My pick:

I think Cardinal Pietro Parolin will win this election. He is well liked within the Church, he wants to continue the reports of Francis (whom appointed many new Cardinals, that will most likely suppport Parolin) It would also be a step towards changing the Church radically with more reforms and that is what I think it needs.

What do you think? Do you want to add more candidates?

Pietro Parolin, he is 2nd in command and was preaching about sending weapons to Ukraine before all this started.

I want the war monger Pope. Death/War/End of Days. Pietro Parolin
I am Catholic and I can see Angelo Scola could be the next Pope. He was a close runner up next to Pope Francis. I am not familiar with others as it looks like new incoming position.

Trump.

Since he is not a Cardinal and part of the elections, he can´t win.

Actually, he cautioned against it. Stated sending weapons will leads to uncontrollable escalation.

Well I'm guessing it's gonna be a communist disabled trans lesbian black woman.

Gotta check as many DEI boxes as possible.
The Brits might be interested in installing a puppet in order to give themselves permission for genocidal invasions.

Or at least forging a bull to that effect.

That is good argumentation and I am sure that he would be a solid choice.
But I don´t see him winning, despite the good arguments.
Hopefully Cardinal Stephen Chow, S.J..

So you don´t think it will be Willem Jacobus Eijk...
But instead McElroy or Repole as future popes?
I don't care as long as they promote the traditional values of the church.

Whichever puppet of globalism the elites pick next.

Gotta be black first and foremost. White men can't have ♥♥♥♥ these days.

That being said...

Cardinal Peter Turkson looks like it. Black, commie, Leftist, and into social justice activism. He checks a bunch of DEI boxes, his only weakness is that he's not gay and a woman, but then neither are the other candidates.
