Why have the switch 2 accessories hiked up in price (in North America)?
I've heard that the accessories have gotten up in price for American customers. For me, it has have stayed the same in my country but USA is being ripped off badly:
Japan
  • Pro Controller: ¥9,980 ($70.10)
  • Joy Con 2 (L/R) Pair: ¥9,980 ($70.10)
  • Joy Con 2 (L/R) Strap: ¥1,980 ($13.90)
  • Joy Con 2 Charging Grip: ¥3,980 ($27.95)
  • Joy Con 2 Wheel Set: ¥2,480 ($17.45)
  • Switch 2 Dock Set: ¥14,980 ($105.25)
  • Switch 2 Camera: ¥5,980 ($42.00)
  • Case & Screen Protector: ¥2,980 ($20.95)
  • All in One Carrying Case: ¥9,980 ($70.10)
  • AC Adapter: ¥3,980 ($27.95)
  • Micro SD Card (256GB - Express): ¥6,980 ($49.00)
10% CT is included with the price. So if you were about to add up the bundle plus all the accessories, that sums up to ¥120,280 ($844.70), meanwhile in America:
United States
  • Pro Controller: $79.99, now $84.99
  • Joy Con 2 (L/R) Pair: $89.99, now $94.99
  • Joy Con 2 (L/R) Strap: $12.99, now $13.99
  • Joy Con 2 Charging Grip: $34.99, now $39.99
  • Joy Con 2 Wheel Set: $19.99, now $24.99
  • Switch 2 Dock Set: $109.99, now $119.99
  • Switch 2 Camera: $49.99, now $54.99
  • Case & Screen Protector: $34.99, now $39.99
  • All in One Carrying Case: $79.99, now $84.99
  • AC Adapter: $29.99, now $34.99
  • Micro SD Card (256GB - Express): $59.99
If you add everything including the $499.99 Switch 2 Bundle, that totals up to around $1,093.89 (without sales tax, what more with that?), is that overpriced?

Because of greedtendo’s greed and orange utan’s tariffs.
Tariffs are part of it, Nintendo also wants to sell it stuff cheaper domestically (Japan) than abroad.

In response to that, valve should hike up prices of games in japan.
