the xmas event is going every year, different buff every day (resist, xp, gold, mf).
That sounds awesome, how did the Christmas event work? Was it like a special ladder?
My only complaint.

Apparently 2024's was a lot better. Especially random chance for every enemy kill to spawn a Hell Bovine minion.
I agree. Diablo 2 is also an iconic game. It was deserving of a remaster. I like also that in game you can switch between old and new graphics by pushing a key. I prefer the new graphics myself, but some of my friends liked the old better for I guess nostalgia reasons. The most critical thing I think is that they made all the drop rates higher, meaning less grinding for getting high runes.
I was also glad to see Command & Conquer remastered. I know that's an entirely different game from a different company, but I think CnC and Diablo 2 being remastered the way they were shows how remasters should be done. We want the original content, just updated, not changed.
I really do hope they remaster Diablo 1 next. I don't get why so many people hate that game. The story was intriguing and the game play wasn't terrible either.
3 always has been just as awesome. Monk power for ever.
...sigh
i don't get the hate either for it, or for 3. but ok to each their own. D1 remastered would be excellent idea, going through the entire Zakarum Cathedral again but in todays graphics.
long live Griswold.
