There are famous remote viewers that have even worked with the government like Joe McMoneagle.

Many friendly ghosts. Also angry ghosts.
The angry ones aren't fun to be around.

We were only two people in the house and suddenly we both heard how somebody opened the attic door and slammed it shut.
Went to investigate and nobody there. Funny thing about this is that attic door is always locked with padlock when not in use and the padlock was still locked.
So somebody opened and slammed the door locked with padlock when nobody else were in the house.
Since we both heard it can`t really dismiss this as some hallucination either.
You would think that if there was a location that has repeat ghost like events, people would turn up and use every detection/recording method possible, not some dude in a dress with a cross, screaming "begone foul daemon from the underworld".
They figured it was his ghost and were tying to figure out what it meant.
I told them he was telling them he had kicked the bucket... get over it.
Frankly that was his style and wouldn't be surprised.
Have seen tons of ghost hunter videos and one thing I have not seen there is ghost, not even one. Just bunch of people running around ooohing and aaahing how many ghosts there are trying to "communicate" with them.
