Which European country has the unhealthiest cuisine and why?
The USA is not part of Europe so that is not included. I mean, who has the unhealthiest cuisine in Europe? For me it's got to be German cuisine since they are so heavy on sausages, fried food and butter on pretty much everything (also fixated on pork in which excessive amounts leads to hypertension).

Italians and France people be like "Oh boy, I sure do love having to use 40 squares of toilet paper!"
That place with the haggis.

They said European. You are hereby disqualified!
I was expecting England, those kebabs they serve over here are not healthy.
I heard that insect powder was recently approved in Europe as an additive to baked goods and pasta. If you think about it, it’s very convenient: you simply grind the grain raw material with everything that crawls in it.
UK, Denmark, then Germany.
Fat is not unhealthy, mixing it with sugar is.

Diets are weird. Excess pork isn't exactly a bad thing as Hong Kong eats so much of it. Iirc maybe the most in the world per capita? And have the longest lifespans. Butter is another example. The French are known to use up so much butter in their cuisine, but are heavily regarded as one of the fittest in Europe.
Scotland...... You name it, they deep fry it.
