Looking forward to the new Scary Movie?

Do you think it will be a dissapointment PC movie or do you have high hopes for it, or did the last scary movie suck so much that you can't see the new one?

low chance it will be "pc" considering the rest of the series. high chance it will be crap because the newer films in the series have just not been great.

1. It will be significantly toned down unless they've managed to find some funding outside of major investment firms (who all sign up to the ESG/DEI global citizen project of the WEF.)

2. The sequels have all steadily declined as the years went on, Scary Movie 1 & 2 are brilliant but even with the sequel you could tell the tone was faltering a bit.

3. I'm unsure how this kind of humour will meld with late stage millennials (who are perpetually offended) and Gen Z types who lack the social skills capable of understanding such humour.

scary movie 2 felt like a magical movie

first 10 minutes made me want to turn it off. Then...just, they have this absolutely amazing scene that caught me so off gaurd.

It was a constant flip flopping of "this is gross" to "this is beyond hysterical"

it's left a more positive impression on me than negative, so I really hope the newer movie can capture that magic.
