what is it with seemingly alot of guys claiming they like crazy women?
even with memes I see alot of " I need a big goth girl with a bunch of mental illnesses" and similar
but when they actually do get a girlfriend that's genuinely unwell they immediately break it off and complain, some will even then continue dating girls just like their "crazy ex"

idk, if i were to guess i'd say they get into things with someone they have in common with, the same mental illnesses as them, then that way they don't see it as an issue
that or they just have no idea until after they're already dating them, iono
some types of crazy are socially accepted, so that might contribute
or maybe they don't think they're good enough to get someone better?
