Dark chocolate or coffee should get you pooping, if not, then eat less
Brown bread, roasted potatoes with the skin still on, broccoli, apples with skin, chicken, pork.....

Basically eat vegetables and fibre and you will poop every day.
I just need a daily supply of energon(one small chunk will do)

you need better fibre
a passing of stool once a day (or every other day) is being considered the norm for most. you need more fibres as others have said.

if you are having difficulties in general, seek a proctologist. unfortunately ive had to visit one three times in my so far short life. not a fun experience, but glad to have peace of mind of nothing serious
cake. lots of cake - it makes your poop colorful.
I'd like to know that too.
I think a morning coffee is a big help lol

I poop every morning right after waking up. 4-5 litres water a day, diet consists purely of vegetables and rice (breakfast-lunch-dinner), at least an hour of walking, and 45-70 minutes of workout depending on my mood
