Is it true that China is economically forcing USA to forfeit the dollars with international trade?

well this ♥♥♥♥ aged like milk

apparently China is on the brink of economic collapse and Japan will actually be on the road to be the next super power of asia by 2030
I don't knwo whether Japan will be the next one, but it does seem to be the more likely candidate. Japan lost an awful lot of manufacturing to China and I'd like to see them get it back.

No force, the west has proven itself to be untrustworthy and capricious, so countries are taking measures to protect themselves.

Hypothetical but definitely possible:

USA and China go to war
SA sells oil to both countries (a win for them)
If China "wins", or demonstrate a stronger demand for oil than the USA, SA can decide to base oil sales on the Yuan, which might shake things up a bit

Just look out for that. It might happen. It's not out of the realm of possibility...in which case, many countries will be hurting because China would take over the market, the actual markets themselves would do a massive self correction, and yeah, life would go on as normal, but the US dollar would tank

That's if China fights the US, doesnt get annihilated, and buys and uses more oil

Just 2 days ago, Yuan is now the most traded currency in Russia.

In 2 years between 2013 - 2015 the Yuan became 2nd most used currency, up from 5th.

It happened because China loan huge money to poor countries, and change their trade currency to Yuan.

It happened in csgo too, many players buy Yuan to trade skins in 3rd party sites, rather than steam market.

For Yuan to become an international currency, it can happen if every country starts relying on China for goods and services. They are offering huge loans, cheaper market rate, oil and many stuff in demand today.

What makes you believe china can't govern themselves proper ? if we bury our heads in the sand and pretend america will never change, we will wake up and china will the king. People in many fields are saying in the 2030's china will overtake the america. American needs to get its crap together and be america again.
Erm no, It doesn't work like that. Amreica's demise doesn't mean by default China takes it's place. That's not how things work at all.

And how do I know China can't govern itself? From the evidence of the CCPs history.

Their mishandling of COVID right for a start, and how they treat their own citizens, how they put all their eggs in one basket with their economy and the flawed building economy and how that's gone, or themore recent companies galore leaving manufacturing to go to countries like India and Vietnam.

To be clear here, I don't think Chinese people cannot manage themselves, but the CCP absolutely can';t as it's clearly demosntrable.

I can easily pick up more definitive evidence if you like. Such as how they ALWAYS react ad hoc to things and are never proactive.
All that drivel just proves that you know very little about China. You have been shown to be wrong time and again. I mean didn't you say this to me a few months back before going missing for two months?
"THe CCP has told the west "oh we're softening things". They aren't - they're doing the OPPOSITE. Have you seen the videos of the massive numbers of camps they're setting up?

You think they're going to stop doing zero COVID when it now makes it a part of their actual economy?

Sorry, but their corrupt governance ain't going to stop that.

So sorry but the evidence is against this. "

Well, we all know what happened, China not only pivoted away from zero COVID, they pulled a 180 almost overnight. And that just showed how unreliable your so called evidence is. You rally need to stop watching fake propaganda videos from the likes of Laowhy86. Yeah, sure a lot of companies are moving manufacturing to countries like Vietnam and India, but what your sources deliberately didn't tell you is who set up and actually owns the factories in those countries, and the answer is Chinese companies.

As to how China treats its citizens, let me just tell you that while the common citizen of China can't directly pick the party they get to pick the policies, the opposite of countries like the US where you get to pick the party but not the policies unless you're part of the top 1%. The policy making process of China involves people from all walks of live starting from the very bottom of rural and grassroots areas up to culmination at the Two Sessions.

Regarding your comment separating the Chinese people and the CCP, that further shows how ignorant you are when it comes to anything China related. There're 96 million member in the Communist Party of China, and if you include the people in the Communist Youth League, another 81+ million, and finally there's additional 130 million in the Young Pioneers, that's 310 million people in total. That's like 1 in 5 people in China is CCP. And this number does not even include the friends and families of party members.

However, you did get one thing right though. If the US falls, China is not going to replace its position. China doesn't want to be the next hegemon and that's the whole point of BRICS+ and BRICS currency, moving away from this unipolar rules based world order set by the US into a multipolar one where every country is treated equal. That is why more than a dozen countries are now lining up to join BRICS or have expressed interests in joining.

You need to listen to the real China experts like Martin Jacques, not the two English teachers.

This interview is from a decade ago, and time has proven that he's right. BTW, contrary to the title of the book, Jacques's final conclusion is that China will not rule the world.

If your referring to the trade currency war then yes but so you know even the EU has or is still considering this.
America with good self reasons considering how they handled their currency over past decades have cause for concern because any such currency transition will have financial consequences for the west as a whole but not half as much as it would hit home for america.

Just think what you could do with book keeping if you could control who if at all sees it.

Erm no again,
I'm not talking about ending zero COVID. If it were so successful how did it end up in massive protests to force the CCPs hands? How did the zero COVID policy not work anyway as if it were so successful how did whole cities have lockdowns that were barbaric due to people being welded into homes?

You sound a bit wumao.

And I've seen the video evidence, the massive reports galore from users in China who use VPNs to get their stories out. The videos of people galore locked inside their blocks screaming out their windows, and so on.

No zero COVID was NOTHING like you claim.

They understand that winning the world through investment and owning land is the real way to demonstrate that you are the world's leader.

Well they try, but it doesn't go too well for the most part. Belt and road initiative is getting a wee bit hot for example.

China definitely is spreading outside of it's sphere of influence. Africa being one of the first and now they're trying to get buddy-buddy with South America.

They certainly doesn't act the smartest when they do it but at least they get the basics.
