Why does America have the 'Hot stove' effect so much when it comes to danger?
The hot stove effect is where your told to NOT touch the stove but you go and do it anyways or like squirrels touching power lines and go 'Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt' "This feels MIIIIIIIIIIIGHTY good! Let's do it again!" Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt POP! POW! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! (Transformer explodes in a ball of flames and Steam goes dark) Then random conspiracies about the outage emerge eventually blaming it either on Trump or Biden/Harris.

As 'Mericans' do dumb things that put lives into danger we create half hearted laws that only make the government and big corporations richer and shut out all competition so they cannot afford such regulations while other countries tend to slam on the breaks on these dangerous things and place heavy penalties and educational awareness situations with the main focus on education part.

The US tends to walk on one leg and every so often we hit success when we stumble just in the right direction then hope we can do it twice.

Big corporations do not shut out competition, they simply defeated it by having a better product. Any other company is free to invent or sell other or even the same products. Most countries have free capitalism and they are the thriving countries of the world, they do not discourse from it. USA grew such a great economy by hard work and free trade.

I live in the uk and own a shotgun and a rifle. So we have guns here also just way more regulated. Where in america you can buy a legal gun from any one or anywhere even from the boot of a car.

We have guns to protect our freedoms. Thats why we have them and keep gaining more while others keep losing them.

Yes we have lots of guns deal with it. I wake up and see news on mass stabbings in other countrys every day, if that person being attacked was allowed to carry then maybe they could actually defend themselves.
Don't know what idiot Americans you are spending all your time with, but I learned fire is burny at a young enough age to realize fire is burny enough to not test it when something is on fire.

You can check the gun to see if it still has a serial number.
BAD idea to buy one without a serial number.

How come so many buy those kinds of fire arms then and wind up being surprised like OMG WHAT HAPPENED am I going to jail? kind of surprised?
