Return To Castle Wolfenstein, a cool reboot of Wolf 3D.
Old Blood is a bit like it.
Depends what you'd consider "old" - it's a 2001 game powered by Quake 3 engine.
What I'd consider "old" would be the original "Castle Wolfenstein" on Apple II

Who else remembers SOLDIER OF FORTUNE
SoF 1 was ace, a very fun, and very gory, "Rambo shooter".
I enjoyed Project IGI (I'm Going In) a lot too ("GoldenEye for PC", in a sense)
