Do you make sure to exercise and lotion so you look soft and glowing?
Nothing too heavy though, A guy doesn't want big muscles.

Also do you yoga?

I mainly do cardio. My skin is as dry as the Sahara Desert but I don't really care. I used to swim too but I hardly find the time to do so anymore.

Yes, I use lotion when "exercising" but it is usually hard and wet instead of soft and glowing. :SafeForWork:

Staying youthful is an active process. You'll realise one day, hopefully before the joint pain settles in.

And well, lotions... Wish I could use them more often but knowing myself and my OCD I would end up losing too much time for something that does not requiere lot of time to do :steambored:

hahahah i need 40 minutes to brush my teeth and wash my face before going to bed. Better to look ugly than to lose another 2h on skincare

Also running 1 mile to catch a bus at 6 am counts if its later than 7:30... sorry you are lazy and you need to get disciplined

The quickest skincare routine is actually having a good diet, hydration and sleep. You can actually tell what a person's diet is like just by looking at their facial skin tones and blemishes.
I just exercise, since I'm 13 also heavy / main focus on gaining muscle mass (but lean)

I do take care a bit about skin to reduce stressed skin (for example at upper arms, sides of chest to the shoulders..) to prevent stretch marks as much as possible by lotioning those parts 2 times per week.
That's basically all I do, but I'd assume it also depends a bit on each person what's required and what not
I get plenty exercise with your mothers while you scrubs play video games.
