Might aswell just go for the 4090ti when it comes out. I currently have the 3090 so im chilling for now since this gpu destroys anything except ray tracing games.
Try Minecraft with SEUS PTGI or Teardown and you'll see, just be careful:

Maybe he does. There's nothing wrong with that.
Nice one.
Quality of some posters here is evident.
About GPUs, i have truckload of games that i have not yet touched in my library and all of them can be played with my current GPU (at least 1080p). Until i finish them, probably next generation will be out. So, i can lay in my couch (or say wood, as i am in a "jungle" xD) while some gamers are going through "dude, is my 2060 Super good enough or should i get a 4070", or "bro, i have no issues with my 3060 but i want that 4080" type of dialogues all over.
Looks like until Uncle Sam gets a decisive victory in Europe / Asia, my motivation won't be high enough for consistent gaming.
I know it doesn't matter for you, but the new Intel arc seem really interesting.
US finally understood it was a really really bad strategy to rely on China even if they don't own the technology itself (just production lines) and Uncle Sam also figured out that the rare elements in Earth Crust is much more crucial than it seems, so Australia went on to dispatch Chinese business a few years ago and in its way to start a huge business project on unearthing rare metals from Aussie grounds.
TSMC also saw the military risks in its own island and will be opening new factories in Italy, USA (Arizona) and a number of other SAFE places in the world, out of PRC's military threats.
