I will become homeless soon…

This year is worst ever, worse than 2020, I’ll soon live on the street. I can’t believe that this day will come. Does anyone have any advise where I should build a base in city!? I’ve seen other junkies, homeless people around my area, and they look like that they can just kill and rob me in my sleep. Maybe I start learning to craft some weapons perhaps. This is crazy. Wish that I could go back a year ago, or maybe couple years ago, I could fair better….

You can't get a job at a fast food place? Take any job. Can you enroll in a college? Then you can get a student loan. I lived off a student loan once and a part time job.
Find out where showers are. And toilets. Check out the YMCA to see if they have rooms. Pick a street corner and hold up a sign. People do give money.

That takes process…like long process. I’m having debt right now, and I don’t know this being homeless will be long term or just temporary…I don’t know, so many things that I don’t know, I got no plan!! I’m freaking hate this crap!! Can’t believe that I will be homeless!

No screw them, they don’t like me and I don’t like them either, I grew up in a dysfunctional family so… I’m on my own, I won’t ask them for any help!

Look for long term shelters. They have strict rules, but you get a place for your stuff, a bed, facilities, and usually breakfast and dinner. You have chores, and most expect you to be out job hunting during the day unless you get sick. They also run job services to find you work and give you a chance to get cash in your pocket. They also find more long term housing.

None of this is going to be fancy. But it will keep you off the street. And if you are going to be homeless, you have to swallow your pride like a poop sandwich. Businesses are begging people to come in and work. I could go into town tomorrow and come home with a half dozen jobs easy.

Swallow your dam pride and ask. Better than getting beaten up by other homeless. Or worse. Live with the lectures and put-downs. Just don't turn to drugs to ease the pain. Conquer the pain.

Find a job, till then stay with your family man. They might be dysfunctional, or obnoxious & pestering but its still better than becoming homeless. Good luck man.

Just an FYI, in the US alone, 51% of homeless people are single guys, 21% single women, and rest is families

The best advice I can give you to avoid the issues you're worried about is to NOT move to a city.

You're far better off moving to either a small town or some places more remote. Simply because while the chances of work may be less, you will likely have cheaper rent (probably much cheaper, depending) and far less chance of being robbed or having to deal with the less savoury parts of society.

You might be best served finding or running through jobs adverts around your country and any that you find in remoter places you can apply for beforehand.

I guess you're American and I absolutely sympathize with anyone having to put up with the ♥♥♥♥ situation in America. General people are being screwed by the rich and incompetent, and it's abysmal.

I hope you find a happier life elsewhere.
