RIP Satoru Iwata
I don't know really who could replace him. Maybe Reggie or Shigeru Miyamoto? I don't know else could even come close to filing his shoes.
Anyway... May he R.I.P
Every gamer has enjoyed at least one of Nintendo's main franchise's in their lives (Mario, Zelda, Metroid etc) and Satoru Iwata is one of the men you have to thank for so many of those great games.
Very sad news.
btw add me if u have room :)
I grew up with Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, up until they went all motion control...
Though on the bright side, maybe Nintendo will finally join the more adult consoles now and get rid of the gimmicky motion control stuff.
I don't care about 4 more pixels... I just want them to drop the motion control stuff. Makes it impossible for people with disabilities to play or people that don't want to flail around and break stuff with wiimotes. Nintendo also used to be the king of New I.P. I'd like to see them on top again some time. ^_^
