And we go on like this. A push-up is down-up, down-up, so if you count each time you go up that's cheating. 37 this time, which is actually pretty pathetic considering what we used to do, but I'm going to blame it on being older. That must be it. Just old.
Though if I have access to a forklift I can do as many pushups as I have propane or diesel. ^_^
I'd rather do laps than do pushups.
(Yes I know they are different parts of the body being exercised)
What matters to me is that I feel the pain, and then break through that barrier.
