Anyone can become lactose intolerant. If you do not consistently drink enough milk then your body stops producing the enzyme in your intestines that can digest lactose. A cure is to drink a little bit of milk and keep increasing the amount.

Sorry but you are quite wrong. Science shows that many ARE indeed lactose intolerant.

What you are missing is that sure, babies do indeed only drink milk for nutirition.

But aside from genentic problems which pass on the trait of being intolerant and not being able to produce the enzyme, there are also parasitic infections and such you can get later in life to cause it.

Some areas of the world have quite a lot of lactose intolerance. So you can be born with it through genetic problems, or you can pick it up from infection.

I have a neighbor who buys takeout delivery all the time, and I often see bags of takeout meals in front of their door.

But of course, where you live is important too.

I used to see before a restaurant whose bread was often just left in front of their door. Something did happen - the area has quite a few hobos and bars with drunk patrons, and I would not be surprised they took some, or someone otherwise complained about it - and then the restaurant eventually just gave an entrance key for the delivery guys to drop the bread inside the restaurant inside.

Because they ran a route. It could take hours before they got to your door. If they had ice in the delivery truck then it would not be so bad.

I think those studies are very meagre and inconclusive cause there is not a single person in congo that is lactose intolarant, yet whole south africa runs to the toilet after ice cream?

btw have you ever noticed that according to these studies , Italians are weirdly lactose intolerant compared to the rest of europe. But those studies didn't say Italians like too much cheese on pasta and pizza and gelato after. They just ate too much lactose, while they just equally tolerant.
Dutch people can fart like uncle nurgle, but we eat lot of cheese too. there is even no data on the dutch people, because we was to embarresed to give you ours. We build windmills to clean the farts out, that they generate energy is only secondary.
