Help me find this kind of game

Hi guys,
I think my request is very high but i try.
i'm searching for a game with these features:

- rpg
- open world
- action combat
- manually assign attributes (strenght, dexterity, wisdom etc.)
- Abilities and perks (or weapon arts or something like this)
- Armor (for every body parts) and weapons crafting and upgrade them
- character visual/appearance change (if i wear an armor i'd like to see it)
- Vehicles or mounts (i love to fly in games)
- mmorpgs are ok but i prefer single player

I finished games like skyrim, fallout 3/4, elden ring (probably the best), wow (not action combat but very good game), the witcher 3, assassin's creed valhalla, origins and odissey, i'm playing starfield (i like it but still unfinished so i'm waiting for dlc and new content),

Thank you in advance and don't worry, i know is very very difficult to find something like that

The only thing that came to mind for all that was Xenoblade X. Good luck playing that now though, they never ported it off the Wii U

Some of the things is met with Palworld. Maybe Cyberpunk 2077, maybe fable or Gothic.

Maybe Kingdom Come: Deliverance, or mount and blade series, just that there no speical abilities.

The only thing that came to mind for all that was Xenoblade X. Good luck playing that now though, they never ported it off the Wii U
