For example, I like the looks of the Lotus Elise[www.lotuscars.com], but others may not.
Some may like simple looking cases with water cooling, some like all the flashing lights and fans.
I have never need a case that cost 50 grand. Compleat system, possibly, but not case.
Same here, though I did go a step further with my last build...two blue LED fans in the front to pull in cool air, one large (120mm?) red LED one the top to pull out hot air. It came in black already. It was $50 with no PSU included and that was the reason I bought it.
Wasn't trying to make it look good, but it did turn out that way. :-)
Like I said, I don't care much for looks, but when it works out looking awesome as a part of function, that is always great.
They look good without going overboard.
I'm upgrading my Corsair 500R White to the Corsair 760T. Expect to pay more if you want a good looking chassis. The 500R will cost less than $100 on sale and the 760T at $170.99 or so.
I consider that cheap since I use the case for around 4 years, but I've used the 500R for little over 3.
It would be good if you gave us your budget for your computer chassis. Seems like you want to spend under $50.00.
First, gaming is not a guy thing.
Second, some brighter colors would be nice.
Third, "hardcore" is a very silly notion.
Wasnt that long ago you could get them in any colour as long as it was beige.
That 50 grand would have to be the entire laptop, including internal components. The high end laptop components are the major bulk of that price and at $50,000 I would expect it to be equal to higher end desktop (though still not beating the highest ends Desktop).
orly?
