He accomplished a lot with a little but he wasn't particularly memorable.
They didn't need a villain in Civil War. It takes away the agency of the characters. It would of been more impactive and meaningful if it was all on them. They chose the sides and not manipulated to choose a side. That catalyst in the comics was a school getting wiped out by heroes trying to stop some villains.

That movie is prophetic in someways today.
I think between a 5.5 and a 6. It's not the best movie, but with the mind on zero it's just a good movie to watch once.
but for movie movies i'd say
VHS
and by god were 1 and 2 pretty badass.
The best part of the Matrix 1 and 2 was the respect for martial arts. Part 3 was a little too DragonBall z..hell, in part 4 Neo did a literal kamehameha....
If the lady who plays Trinity and John Wick are too old they could have had someone like Tony Jaa hold down the martial arts piece and maintain the integrity of the series.
It's like people say Fallout 4 is a good game, just not a good "Fallout" game. Matrix 4 is a good movie, just not a good "Matrix" movie. It's the Infinite Warfare of the franchise.
6/10
Im not surprised though as this last decade has been nothing short of recycling past creations with the adage of ending them in such a fashion that it can all begin again but with a new cast if the audience bite.
We are long overdue for letting the dead rest and expecting creators to actually create something fresh.
