Grey area third party website - use at your own risk, if scammed steam support won't help you.
You run the risk of stolen keys, revoked/cancelled at a later date, region locked, scam/spam adders, faked rep, payment cancellations, etc.
Has blacklist mark as FSA - Sites engaged in the selling or distribution of bogus or fraudulent applications and/or provision of fraudulent services. However, it's users selling to other users, so entirely depends on each individual transaction - much like Ebay (trusted or scammer).
That's where PayPal helps.
So you can revoke the seller? It's a risk either way you look at it.
No. Just get your money back. The website never respond to their PayPal messages that PayPal send (probably because of all the people who buy stuff). When you open a PayPal case, you pretty much have a 100% chance of getting your money back.
You didn't quite get me... think of it the other way around.
If you are a seller - the buyer using paypal has a high chance of scamming you, if so desired. Since it's outside the scope of Steam Trading rules, this means you can't confirm/deny the transactions either via Steam Support or Paypal Support. It is very high risk to both parties.
It's all well and dandy till something bad happens, then you realise you have no coverage.
I don't think the seller has to return any money nor the buyer. PayPal just takes it all from the website. :P
Have fun with your game though!
