Speaking as a woman in her late 40's I shave everyday, never had a problem.

if you have lots of extra money, you can consider permanent hair removal. have an appointment with your dermatologist and/or cosmetic surgeon.

I say shave it all, I hate how much it makes sweat, been shaving that ♥♥♥♥ off since end of middle school and begining of high school, and feels great not to sweat like a dog. Not to mention looks a lot better. (It's going to be a little weird at first, but after a while you'll get used to it, I can't imagine having hair anymore, not until I'm like 70ish and say fck it I'm old now.)

Is it okay? Of course it's okay, as long as you're fine with it and it's what you wish to do.

If you shave them a lot, you get used to it and it doesn't bother you at all even as it's growing back.

If you just want to keep it neater/shorter, buy one of those electric trimmers and just trim it shorter vs. actual shaving. *shrug*
