Have had long hair like five times, currently letting it grow out again and whatever beard I can grow out.

Long hair, only cut it off once in the last 20 years (had it short for 2 years - and kept my old hair in a plait lol). As for beard - sometimes grow goatee, sometimes not, sometimes let it go more woolly - depends on work at the time...
