I don’t have to worry because I don’t suffer from baldness. Even if I did I always wear wigs.
I shave it all off.

wait a.. ok, sorry this thread is for balding people.

whats causing the hair loss? if its male pattern baldness, u need to manage your DHT levels. if its due to a nutrient deficiency, consider using oils and vitamins (like serums). for dryness, apply oil before you shower. if stress is the culprit, focus on stress management techniques.

this wasn't an overly serious thread. I do believe my hair is thinning due to stress but i wasn't commited to seeking advice, more just testing the waters for funsies

hair and skin care are highly individual, so its important to experiment and find what works best for u. I experienced thinning hair due to stress for a while. once I eliminated the stressor, it became easier to manage. since my hair is shoulder-length, using a boar bristle brush along with argan and rosemary oil was more than enough for me. took 3 months to recover fully.
now just argan oil once a month before i wash my hair. the boar bristle is enough for me to balance the grease distribution on my hair and scalp
Mine was long gone by my 30's. Just like my father, and his father, and his father. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂
if you're worried about balding as a guy you should get on HRT

Never had to use any special shampoo or treatments to maintain my hair. The only thing that's currently happening is that my hair is turning white, but no hair loss.

Women also have balding.

While the patterns of baldness for men and women differ, they both have a common genetic cause.
With male pattern baldness, hair loss typically occurs on the top and front of the head. With female pattern baldness, thinning occurs on the top and crown of the head. This thinning in women often starts as a widening of the center hair part that leaves the front hairline unaffected.
