The only thing I learned from high school (and school) is hate. Hate towards random people I don't know assuming they are horrible, hate towards learning, hate towards discovering new things, hate towards forced obedience. Bad times.
We are still using the same education system since the industrial revolution. Meant to teach servitude. As kids were thrown straight into the factories after graduating. Make them efficient workers.
it could be the nicest most caring slave camp in the world, it's still a slave camp.
High School was more of a social experiment than anything educational.
Sophomore year - It was a repeat of freshman year.
Junior year - Things got better, I guess. I gradually started to feel happier again.
Senior year - I finally got out of the nightmare, but I had more depressing moments again. Not as bad as the first two years, but it was still getting to me.
So no....... But I suppose it was still better than middle school. Ugh...
Now, Elementary school, I miss that for sure (except 2nd grade).
