The LGBT gang are known for this.
Why do you assume they are wrong?
Serious question.
Sure, an opinion is exactly what it is - An opinion.
But, there's going to be some understood acceptance that, unless otherwise voiced, the person's opinion is based on the available "facts" as they understand them.
If you tell me that your feet feel cold, sometimes tingle or hurt, you sometimes feel a bit queasy or faint, and your eyesight seems to just not be what it was... I'm going to tell you to go get checked out by a doctor for diabetes or potential circulatory/blood-pressure problems.
And, if I was "right" and you had diabetes, does that make me a doctor? No. But, does not being a doctor make me wrong? Also no.
Judge an opinion by the supporting statements and reasoning the person gives for having iit. NO opinion is worth anything if it hasn't been put to the test... So, challenge it.
An unchallenged opinion is worthless.
NEVER hold to an unchallenged opinion and place no value on it until it proves its worth to you.
Many people do not understand the difference between an opinion and an argument, and think an argument they offered is beyond scrutiny because they mistakenly believe that "it is just an opinion."
Perhaps some of us should create a Critical Thinking group that:
1) goes over the fundamentals of elementary Critical Thinking (there really are rules to this)
2) can evaluate posts/arguments made in OT in a variety of threads, and discuss the merits and shortcomings of stated positions in a neutral, objective manner.
Might be fun (and educational).

So because some right-wing extremists have done something bad, that means left-wing is a good thing?
Mh no. I as a German have seen both sides doing pretty bad stuff... But currently, its only the left side that ruins my country completely so I am gonna stick with my initial post.
I agree, but this is also due to people being too emotional.
Well, scary enough for me, the older I get, the more I realise that there are a lot more NPCs than " normal " people.
Checkmate, world.
No idea how it works, but that's how facts are made.
FACT: you are correct just like I always am.
I often find that people who presume that others are wrong, are the ones who can't actually defend their own positions.
a lot of ppL are super cray and is no use. I basically just don't reply and ghost every crazie
