A rational person would know that their partner is never going to meet that celeb so they have nothing to worry about.
100% you have some famous people you are attracted to.
Live in the real world.
Point numero dos, no I don't relate to being attracted to another famous person, never have.
I can admit when someone has nice features and nothing more. I don't think neither do I fantasize over famous people, I don't know them, neither would I care to begin when with a significant other.
There's a pretty big difference between
The drawings just look better, love.
No wife is going to keep me from my waifu
There are female celebrities I do find attractive but I don't waste my time obsessing over them. I am likely the last person in the world they'd be interested in AND I guarantee you most of them would like me even less knowing I'm not a Liberal anymore.

he's just going to have to live with it uwu
I think there's a lot of weird, cheating-or-borderline-cheating stuff that's normalized in relationships now because they've become so common in general, and it makes you a "puritan" to disagree according to the "sex positivity" movement. Like in your example, people obsessing over celebrities and other famous people. Or watching porn. Or "opening up" the relationship. 98% of the time, the person allowing all of this is just compromising and isn't actually okay with it, dooming the relationship to failure as resentment and discomfort builds.
