Many of them are e-beggars, but they aren't just e-beggars. They're usually streaming gameplay, holding conversation, cracking jokes and such. They're entertainers, so if we were to compare them to a type of beggar, it wouldn't be the guy on the street corner jutting out a cup. It'd be more like a busker. Yeah, the buskers' guitar cases are open for you to throw your money into but they are also musicians. Maybe v-tubing isn't quite as talented as busking, but that's just arguing over the quality of the entertainment. And if we're talking about the quality of the entertainment, we're probably saying they're like stand-up comedians on open mic night, or maybe a low-key erotic hotline operator depending on the v-tuber.
Plus I see no reason to single out the v-tubers for e-begging when most professional youtubers do it in some form or another. Most of them resort to peddling Youtuber merch or begging you to subscribe to their patreon/twitch stream because the advertising revenue from the partnership program isn't enough to subsist upon all by itself anymore, or at least so they claim.
Plus even those youtubers who don't ask for any form of money usually beg for attention. Comment, rate, subscribe, ring the bell, get your family and friends to watch my videos, yadda yadda...
You don't even have to be a girl- just feminine enough to allure horny lonely dudes.
VRC Youtubers even have tons of money in their bank cause they know what's up. Imagine the vtubers where they haven't lifted a single finger in their entire life making more money than a doctor, construction worker, teacher, electrician etc...
I'm pretty sure that the 90's were much better times than now.
that just sounds like envy
also you don't know what the vtubers are doing behind the scenes, don't assume that they don't have a side hustle, most adults have a plan b in place
what is this thing of everybody has to "contribute to society" some of us are just trying to live not be some hero
