PS: now that I think more about it; there is a kind of Super Speed that is useful and that is reactionary speed, but I assume you meant the other kind of Super Speed as its contrasted to Super Strength.

Not that strength doesn't have it's benefits, it's just that precision and good planning can negate the need for brute force.
Also, depending on the circumstance, you could use speed to counter balance a lack of broadness. Physics!
